About Noel
I am a Personal Trainer with over 12 years of experience. I have worked in a number of gyms personal training clients. I also teach classes that include kettlebells, bootcamp-style classes, boxing, older adults, and RT24. At the minute, I am studying Muay Thai, which I will be teaching in the future.

In the lessons we will talk about your goals and then we will talk about healthy diet, the best foods to eat to help you achieve that goal. I will come up with exercise program that will suit your needs and we will work on it together every week online.
At beginning of the lesson we will do weigh in and focus on this weigh in every two weeks, there will also be before and after photos every 4 to 6 weeks.
and we will talk about what gym equipment you have available to use, if you don't have any gym equipment available don't worry we can still achieve your goals without it:)
