I studied Sports fitness and exercise, I also studied Sports Massage, strapping, resistance band training and foam rolling. I am a personal trainer as well as a fitness coach. I love working with people and seeing them reach their goals

Firstly I will screen my clients, in the screening I am trying to find out if they can exercise and if they don't have any injuries. Also I will sit down with the client so that they can tell me what is it that they want with their bodies. That is what we will do in the 30 minutes which I will not charge you for.

My rate is R250 p/h if you stay more than 10kms from my place (return). I will charge you R4 per KM after the free 10km.
