About Robert
I've been teaching English for the last few years in Asia but qualified as a gym instructor/nutritional advisor before moving abroad. I can do fitness training (including distance running), muscle growth, size or strength as well as instructing on using machines or free weights with correct posture to reduce risk of injury.
