About Elodie
Born and raised in Quebec, I am now studying at UBC Vancouver as a major in International relations. Fitness and nutrition always interested me and throughout my journey, I have gained considerable knowledge I love to share with anyone willing to learn a little more and simplify it all. Movement is medicine!

I have been practicing sports my whole life, from basketball to cheerleading, but on a more serious level for 15 years now, taekwondo. I had the chance to compete all around Canada and in a few international competitions after winning the nationals in 2018. I had to lose a few pounds every competition and can say I have experienced many ways to do so, but also to regain strength and energy for the big day followed by many sports nutritionists. I am now a certified ACE personal trainer and understand the most efficient ways in which your body can develop strength and healthy habits can stick with you for life.
