About Liam
I come from a commerce background but quickly transitioned to sports and fitness. I trained in kickboxing and competed on a national and state level. Soon after, I started coaching the youth for tournaments. Later I studied and got certified as a personal trainer and sports nutritionist and worked in a multigym where I trained clients of all age groups with little medical history.

My method is simple. I like to get to know who I'm working with. What they want and what they need. I counsel and guide my clients to achieve their goals. I work on weaknesses and gradually up the intensity when the time is right. I always focus on gaining strength by using the correct posture to avoid injuries.
