About Sergi

My name is Sergi Martínez, I am a 22-year-old boy who has spent approximately 3 and a half years learning and looking for how to function in the fitness world to be able to build the physique I want and to be able to fully enjoy the process of building yourself as an athlete. I always wanted someone to teach me everything I need to know to be a beast, or to understand how we function organically and how we can alter certain day-to-day parameters and our needs so that they play more in our favor. I am now that person who wanted to meet and find myself;)

About the lesson

The key to learning how we work, how to feed ourselves, to have proper sleep hygiene and good training programs and progressions, we must start with the most fundamental. The pillars of constant progression and progressive overload. You have to build habits, learn to use the variables we have and above all, record your progress!
