I am a qualified Personal Trainer with a degree in Biomedical Science, passionate about helping you achieve real, lasting results. I specialise in evidence-based strength training and sustainable weight management designed specifically around your body and lifestyle. My goal is to strip away gym confusion, teach you proper lifting form, and build a structured, supportive routine that gives you lifelong confidence on the gym floor.
