I am a 34 year old single Mum, I continue to work in the fitness industry as a coach and fitness model. I am very driven to achieve, while maintaining good personal relationships with each client. I spent years studied and working to ensure I am always at the top of my game in fitness, biomechanics and nutrition.

I am extremely passionate about my work and believe each needs their own unique and structured program. I focus on results, as well as educating clients to get the most out of their lives. Whether your goal is to loose weight, build muscle, recover from an injury, improve your mental health, train for an event or anything in between.
