About Erin
I am a NASM certified personal trainer. I’m also certified in Functional Movement Screening and am a Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I primarily teach weight training alongside meal prepping and correct nutrition. I also enjoy HIIT training and promoting correct posture and form in all I teach.

I focus first on correct posture and form during exercise. This can correct and prevent injury. I then create simple workouts that are easy to follow and can be built upon and made more difficult as my clients progress. I am highly energetic and encouraging.
