About Martin

For me sport is a #lifestyle and not a torture method to get rid of delicious food. I am always motivated and fun is 100% part of my course for me.

If you want to acquire a healthy lifestyle, you want to go through life generally fitter and more motivated, then I look forward to you help and motivate you!

About the lesson

My name is Martin, I have professional experience in boxing and crossfit and I am the owner of "Martin Athletics".

In my courses I offer personal training for strength building, weight loss, nutritional advice and (fitness) boxing, as well as explosive training. With the Bootcamp Instructor A license, the Functional Trainer A license and the certificate for nutrition coaching, I have exactly the prerequisites so that you will achieve your goals 100%.
There is no age limit for my courses - any of them would like to develop further in terms of sport is very welcome.
