I love to explain the what's and whys to everything. From the moment I began strength exercising I built my knowledge around just how beneficial building/maintaining strength is for everyone's longevity and quality of life. Overall I want to help those needing the support and guidance to build structure, routine and an ultimate passion for strength which may not be someone's ultimate passion or hobby but it can keep you doing what you really enjoy for longer
