10 years working with desk bound men and women, I know they want to feel youthful again with no niggles and to look in the mirror and feel confident and happy in the clothes they have. A lot of the time people haven't followed a structured program and had real support before. Yes, they may have had personal training, but not something that covers every aspect of your physical and mental health.
