About Sam
Having undergone my own weight loss transformation, I understand how the gym can revolutionise your confidence, health and physique. I’m Sam - friendly, enthusiastic and crazy about fitness. My specialities include fat loss, building confidence in the gym and how to perfect your exercise technique for maximum safety and results.
I don’t believe in extreme diets - only making manageable changes to live a more balanced life. Exercise is something I now can’t live without, and I want to help you to feel that way too!
