About Vicente

I’m a coach with years of experience working in different gyms, helping people achieve their physical goals and become the best version of themselves.

My journey through multiple sports has shaped me as a trainer, giving me a deeper understanding of movement, performance, and the human body. Every experience has helped me grow — not just as an athlete, but as a coach — so I can now offer my clients a higher level of training, care, and results.

My goal is simple: to give you the best service possible and guide you toward real, lasting progress.

About the lesson

I’m a Cross Training coach offering personal training sessions tailored to your goals — whether that’s building strength, improving conditioning, losing fat, gaining muscle, or simply feeling fitter and more confident.

No matter where you’re starting from, I’ll help you reach your goal, step by step, with structured training, proper technique, and constant motivation.

Training sessions take place at a fully equipped gym in Bondi Junction, with everything we need: weights, cardio machines, functional training equipment, and plenty of space to train properly.

I recommend Vicente! He started doing gymnastics when he was little and has been fully dedicated to CrossFit for five years. He is a very good teacher, has technical knowledge and the ability to motivate! He is clear in his explanations, pays attention to technique and knows how to adapt training to each level. A committed trainer who builds confidence and gets results.
