About Jonathan
My name is Jonathan, I am a qualified fitness instructor with qualifications in nutrition.
I began my own fitness journey at the age of sixteen and have continued it on into my adulthood.
I predominantly do resistance training co-in siding with light cardio and when I feel inspired I will get into the habit of jogging.
I am very enthusiastic about physical training and believe it is very beneficial for longevity as the years go by.

Teach clients the basics of resistance training in the beginning and progress onto more advanced techniques as time progresses. Provide nutritional advice that can help a client achieve the physical look they hold in their minds eye.
I believe in listening to the clients needs and ensuring their expectations are met.
