Greetings! My name is Jahmere and I am a personal fitness trainer/ studio manager based in New York. I have more than a decade of training experiences and truly enjoy working with clients to recognize their goals. Training, in itself, is hard enough, especially if you’re new to it. I provide motivation, direction, pace, a plethora of knowledgable exercises, plus more. I also provide 30 minute and 45 minute sessions.
