About Gergana
Hello! I’m a 300-hour certified Yoga Teacher based in Sydney, offering online yoga lessons with a particular focus on beginners and those looking to build confidence in their practice.
My own yoga journey has shown me how powerful consistent movement, mindful breathing and self-awareness can be for both physical and mental well-being. This inspired me to become a teacher and help others experience the benefits of yoga in a supportive and welcoming environment.
I believe yoga should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age, flexibility or fitness level. My goal is to create a positive space where students feel comfortable learning, progressing at their own pace and developing a practice that supports their individual goals and lifestyle.

My online yoga classes are suitable for beginners as well as students with some yoga experience who want to deepen their practice, improve flexibility, build strength and enhance overall wellbeing.
I believe every student is unique. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, I design each lesson around your individual needs, goals and experience level. Whether you want to improve mobility, increase flexibility, build strength, reduce stress, improve posture or create a consistent yoga routine, your sessions will be tailored specifically to help you achieve those goals.
Lessons typically last 60 minutes or less and include guidance on movement, breathing techniques and mindfulness. I provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can progress at your own pace, build confidence and develop a sustainable practice that fits your lifestyle.
Whether you are completely new to yoga or have some previous experience, my goal is to help you feel stronger, more balanced and more connected after every session.
