About Brittney
With me, all our sessions are confidential. You can also talk to me about anything. With my life experience, I am able to understand, relate, and listen to any type of experience my client needs to share. I don't judge or make comments that are not asked for. I respect all my clients. And more than anything, we have fun. Even in a serious session, there's room to enjoy and laugh together.

My method is based on questions. I ask questions to help the client analyze their own life. A typical session is where we check in on our previous goals, I ask questions to set new goals, and we make a plan about how to achieve those goals. I'm different because I'm from the USA, but live in Peru. I understand different cultures and am patient.
When working with adults, I specialize in those with loved ones (friends or family) with a mental health illness and self-care.
When working with teens, I specialize in future planning, family dynamics, and transitions (from high school to after).
