About Ariana
I am a qualified Chinese language tutor with both academic and real-world experience. I lived in China for five years, attended the Western Academy of Beijing, and have been speaking Mandarin since I was 12 years old. Now, at 19, I offer a perspective that is especially relatable to younger learners. Because of my age, I can teach not only textbook Mandarin but also modern vocabulary, slang, and natural expressions that people actually use in everyday conversations. My goal is to help students build the confidence to communicate comfortably in real-life situations, whether that's traveling, studying abroad, or speaking with native speakers.

I believe that the most effective way to learn a language is through immersion. My goal is for every student to leave each lesson having learned something new while also retaining what they've already mastered. I focus on making lessons engaging, practical, and memorable so that the knowledge gained extends far beyond the classroom and can be applied confidently in real-life situations.
