About Franklin

I have been teaching, training and teaching since 2000, and I have trained many competitors taking them to the top of the podium, as well as preparing instructors and teachers to help them improve their training methodology. I am a person in constant training and updating. I have formed competitors in countries such as: Argentina, Chile, Venezuela and Usa. I have also trained people who have transformed their body, mind and life in a way they never imagined. I have helped young people to train, prepare and take demanding exams in physical training to pursue higher education in physical education.

About the lesson

To help you achieve your goals and objectives, whether as a coach or competitor. I use 50% theoretical and 50% practical classes, I share and teach the most modern methods of training in a way that is 100% easy to understand, I give study guides and support material, together with this I share 100% instructional videos. I am passionate about what I do and I like to be able to transmit all the knowledge I have acquired throughout my training as a competitor and coach. I am an Integral Physical Trainer, in addition to Personal Trainer, Coach of training in strength and power, High Intensity Functional Training Coach, Master of Martial Arts with the rank of 5 Dan, international champion in martial arts and professor of recreational boxing with experience in Full Contact Karate. I am passionate about the Olympic Uplift. (Wegihtlifting & Powerlifting) My classes the development of 2 forms: 1) At the request of the student and / or client. (Focusing on their weaknesses and areas which wish to strengthen or progress, either as a competitor, or simply coach) 2) I establish a work plan in the short, medium and long term, with the final goal that my client meets all of its objectives proposed. I commit 100% to make this happen, and so far I NEVER failed. In both cases I use the scientific and analytical method. My classes are always varied but functional, this due to the planning.
