About Davinderbir

I am a determined teacher with experience to ensure students will receive outstanding academic education with learning aimed to be more personalised which will be supported and encouraged based on an in-depth understanding of how they learn best. My teaching is driven through Roesenshine’s principles which emphasises the importance of allowing students sufficient time to practise retrieval, ask questions and get the desired help. As my experience as a teacher is growing, I have developed resilience and adaptability to ensure that the appropriate teaching strategies are implemented to allow student progression, especially with working one to one with many students throughout my teaching career.
I have the enthusiasm and dedication to ensure that we can achieve together and that I will go lengths way so that you can have the progression. Teaching will always be aimed to ensure examination progression.

About the lesson

A qualified PGCE Teacher of Psychology and Sociology with additions to teaching all social science subjects. I have BSc in Educational Psychology.
The following subjects that I will be able to Tutor:
- GCSE and A Level Psychology
- GCSE and A Level Sociology
- Social science
- Key stage 4 Religious studies with experience teaching Christian and Sikh beliefs.
Additionally, I am a professional Indian musician who can teach the Tabla, Harmonium and Indian vocal training. I have over 15 years of experience of playing in many concerts locally and Internationally.
The typical length of a lesson will dependant on the student, but for progression minimum to 1/2 hours per week.
