About Muttasim

As a current PGCE student, on the highest-ranked education course in the country, I’m passionate about helping students build a strong foundation in English Literature. I’m training to become a secondary English teacher through UCL’s English PGCE, with my teaching being informed by the latest educational research. My teaching is accessible, and rewarding, with my 2 of my former students having gone on to achieve a grade 7 (from a grade 4)

About the lesson

My lessons focus on developing the essential skills for strong literary analysis, rather than simply delivering content. Every lesson is fully tailored to the individual student, with a flexible and responsive approach that adapts to their specific needs and goals. My teaching is informed by the practices and research on the UCL English PGCE.
