Pegah is a very patient and knowledgeable econometrics instructor. She explains difficult concepts clearly and always takes the time to make sure you really understand the material. Before Pegah, econometrics was just a set of rules I copied into my notebook and hoped to reproduce on the exam. She turned that around completely. She starts from wherever your head actually is, asks questions until she finds the gap, and rebuilds the idea from there — usually using real datasets, so you can see what the method is for. A couple of months in, I could open a paper and follow the empirical section without panicking. Calm, generous with her time, and pretty contagious about how much she enjoys the subject.

Her explanations are clear and full of examples, and she never rushes — she walks through every step with you until things that looked complicated start to feel simple. She's patient, very well prepared, and clearly enjoys teaching.
I came in unsure of myself and left able to work through these problems on my own. Highly recommended.
