About Manivendra
I am someone who is not afraid to make mistakes, and I do not judge, especially the young minds, based on their mistakes. I am presently teaching undergraduate level students in one of the most socially and economically underprivileged areas of India and I am looking for a way to connect their ideas with their peers across the globe.
I have been a professional educator for the last 3-4 years, and I am proud to acknowledge that I am able to connect with students almost instantly. My expertise is in literature/theatre so you can expect a little drama to make you participate in the lessons, but that has always worked for me and the students I am teaching.
In summary, I am more interested in learning from you and your ideas than I am to teach a language/subject that might happen to be your mother tongue.

I am a PhD graduate from IIT Indore and have been teaching English for the last 3-4 years. I prefer a hands-on approach in which I am able to grow with my students. They always have ideas which act as the launching platform for discussions, which makes the lessons participatory and engaging rather than a unidimensional lecture.
I have significant experience of teaching young learners that range from intermediate (GCSE Level I) to undergraduate level students.
The lessons usually last 45-60 minutes and are delivered using diverse techniques including oral lectures, PPTs, and short performances which help in concept retention.
