About Manashweta
Hello! I’m Dr. Manashweta Bharadwaj, a PhD in Law and an experienced legal educator with a passion for making law easier to understand, analyze, and apply.
Law can sometimes feel overwhelming—with lengthy provisions, complicated case laws, and endless concepts to remember. My approach is different. I believe that when you understand the reasoning behind the law, learning becomes much more interesting and much easier to remember.
I teach Labor Law, Corporate & Business Law, Legal Research, LLB and LLM subjects, and related areas of legal studies. My classes combine academic depth with practical examples, important judgments, discussions, and exam-focused guidance, while always adapting to the individual student’s learning needs.
Whether you’re preparing for an examination, struggling with a difficult legal concept, working on a dissertation or research paper, or simply looking to strengthen your understanding of law, I’m here to help you learn with clarity and confidence.
My goal is simple: to make you understand the law, not just memorize it.

My classes are designed to make law clear, practical, and engaging rather than simply focused on memorizing sections and case laws. As a PhD in Law, I combine strong academic knowledge with a structured, student-friendly approach, using real-life examples, important judgments, discussions, problem-based learning, and simplified explanations of complex legal concepts.
Each class is tailored to the student’s level and objectives. We typically begin by understanding the topic and its key concepts, move into relevant legislation and case law, and then apply the law through examples, questions, and discussion. For students preparing for examinations, I also focus on answer-writing, revision strategies, and important areas for assessment.
I encourage students to ask questions and actively participate rather than simply listen to a lecture. My aim is not only to help students score well, but to develop their ability to analyze legal issues, understand the reasoning behind the law, and apply legal principles confidently.
My classes are suitable for LLB and LLM students, law aspirants, UGC-NET Law candidates, students studying Business or Corporate Law, and anyone interested in Labor Law, Corporate Law, Legal Research, or related areas. I also offer guidance in legal research, dissertation work, and academic writing.
