About Dr Nitin
I am Dr. Nitin K. Goswami, a management academic based in Dubai with a PhD in Management and more than a decade of combined industry and academic experience. Before entering full-time academia I spent six years as Manager Operations at a leading specialty laboratory in India, which shaped my practitioner scholar identity and grounds every lesson I teach in real business practice.
I currently serve as faculty at a French business school in Dubai and a UK linked academy in Sharjah, and I also deliver UK regulated OTHM qualifications in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at a Dubai training center. My research explores expatriate workforce dynamics, occupational well-being, psychological capital, and entrepreneurial intent in GCC small and medium enterprises. I have supervised over 100 postgraduate dissertations at a 100 percent completion rate.
I teach because I genuinely enjoy watching a student move from confusion to clarity. I believe strong education is built on structure, patience, and honesty, and I bring all three to every session. I am Dr Nitin, a PhD Management Professor with over a decade of teaching experience across universities in India and the UAE, and more than 100 supervised postgraduate dissertations at a 100 percent completion rate. My lessons are designed for undergraduate, MBA, and BBA students, working professionals preparing for exams or presentations, and postgraduate researchers working on dissertations or research papers.
Every session follows a clear structure. We begin with your specific question, topic, or assignment, work through the concepts using real business cases, and end with a short recap and practice task so you can apply what you have learned. My teaching style is patient, evidence-based, and highly personalised. I use case studies, guided problem solving, structured notes, and visual frameworks to make complex subjects simple and memorable.
A typical lesson runs 60 minutes. Extended 90 or 120 minute sessions are available for dissertation coaching, exam preparation, and intensive concept review. Lessons are delivered online across the UAE and internationally, and in person within Dubai and Sharjah on request.
I welcome learners of all levels who want clarity of thinking, strong academic writing, and genuine confidence in their subject.
