About Barbara

In psychology, I emphasize understanding key theories and concepts while encouraging critical thinking and real-world examples. I help students break down complex ideas into manageable parts and connect theory to everyday behavior and decision-making.

For mediation, my approach is highly practical and interactive. I introduce core principles such as communication skills, active listening, neutrality, and problem-solving, and use scenarios or case discussions to help students understand how mediation works in real situations.

I hold a Bcom., BSc., LLB, MSc., PhD (occupational psychology).
