My experiences are numerous and my training also. I have a doctorate in Sports Sciences and a physical and mental trainer. I have accompanied people with very different objectives and have been able to adapt to each one. I always offer you individualized support by highlighting your strengths and helping you progress on your weaknesses. I continuously train in different areas and I learn more every day by being in relation with my clients whom I appreciate listening and advising.

About the lesson

I have been practicing this profession for over 10 years and I still do it with just as much passion to share moments, meet and support people. I offer you both turnkey PERSONALIZED SPORTS PROGRAMS as well as INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP COACHING sessions (via a mobile application and video for DISTANCE COACHING). You will not have to choose from all the disciplines that exist (fitness, yoga, pilates, boxing, crossfit, running ...). I am inspired by many approaches to build the program MOST ADAPTED POSSIBLE TO YOUR NEEDS, YOUR DESIRES, YOUR PHYSICAL CONDITION ... to you. The advantage is that your program can evolve as regularly as you want. Up to date with the latest scientific knowledge thanks to my doctorate in Sports Sciences (bac + 8), I will give you QUALITY ADVICE to help you achieve ANY OBJECTIVE. I take the time to LISTEN TO YOUR NEEDS and your desires and I adapt your program and sessions so that they are CUSTOMIZED AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR LIFESTYLE. Having been a physical and mental trainer in a training center, I am able to help you IMPROVE YOUR physical and mental PERFORMANCES whatever your sport. In the event that you do not practice a very specific sport, MENTAL COACHING can help you maintain your MOTIVATION until your goal, manage EMOTIONS and STRESS of everyday life and enjoy the little moments of life thanks to mindfulness , sophrology and other relaxation techniques.
