About Tahir
I am a guest teacher at the London School of Economics and Political Science. I work primarily with masters students on a range of humanities and social science subjects. What I am passionate about is human development through learning and education. I believe every student has the power to reach and maximise their academic talent by tailoring teaching to their individual goals.

I believe the best lessons are organised around the talents and capabilities of each individual. At the same time I look to encourage students to be reflective and critical during lessons. This requires creating an environment in which students have the confidence to share their ideas without judgement. What I hope to translate in my lessons is a sense in which education is an individual personal journey and we all learn at different speeds and in different ways. What is important is the process of learning that is aimed towards realising personalised learning goals.
