About Dominique
My journey into psychology started with a deep curiosity about the mind and a desire to better understand mental health, not just for others, but to make sense of the world myself. I remember wishing I had a mentor during my own studies — someone to guide me through applications, deadlines, and building a meaningful career path. That’s why I’m so passionate about offering others the kind of support I once needed! I’ve studied Psychology at undergraduate, master’s, and postgraduate levels across the UK and US, and I’ve gained experience in both clinical and academic settings. My aim is to create a calm, encouraging space where students feel supported, capable, and more confident in their own goals — whether that’s getting into university, acing an assignment, or planning a career in psychology.

Hello! My name is Dominique and I am a PhD Student and Trainee Counselling Psychologist with NHS and academic experience, offering tailored online support for A-Level and undergraduate psychology students. I specialise in academic writing, university applications, interview preparation, and mentoring. My sessions are 60 minutes and focused on building confidence, critical thinking, and academic skills. I use a student-centred, discussion-based approach, combining psychological insight with practical strategies.
