About Don
I have worked as a corporate training within the hospitality industry for over 20 years. My unique training style shows empathy, excitement, and understanding when teaching any particular subject matter. A seasoned public speaker; career academic with skilled talents which include sales, marketing, leadership, social media, networking in both corporate and academic environments, by demonstrating rich interpersonal, and critical thinking skills and continually met or exceeded my ability to initiate and sustain relationships in many different professional scenarios.
Effectively enhanced communication value by reading and responding to the needs of the audience. By planning, scheduling, coordinating and executing group events from 5 to 1000+ people. Furthermore, I have a deep understanding of communication principles, media, and marketing techniques, graphic design, web development, multimedia, interactive e-learning. My background in education includes an Associates Degree in Psychology and Computer Information Systems, and currently finishing a dual degree in Sociology and Psychology from California State University/Long Beach graduating in Spring 2018.
