About Alexis
My studies at the University of Provence in the 1990s were structured by the current of analytic philosophy. My current work focuses on the philosophy of musical improvisation. My master's thesis (on Clément Rosset, of whom I am a specialist) was supervised by Gérard Lebrun.
I draw, as much as possible, on these illustrious examples.

What is clearly conceived is clearly expressed.
I offer my assistance to philosophy students and researchers who wish to think rigorously and inventively, with an open mind. I don't offer lectures or magic formulas to write essays for them. But I do offer those who consult me a critical reflection on the work submitted to my scrutiny (as tutors did in the English universities). Try to convince me!
Through dialogue, one will learn to argue effectively, to defend and illustrate one's points in original ways. Emphasis will be placed on classic texts and authors, which are essential reading for everyone.
