About Anthony
I have both a Master's degree and a PhD degree in philosophy, therefore, I have a very strong grasp of a wide array of topics in this area. More particularly, during my MA I studied the relationship between various theories of truth and the value people derive from works of art. During my PhD, I studied German and French phenomenology, hermeneutics, and deconstruction, particularly how thinkers in those areas understand the relationship between philosophy and theology.

I strongly believe in tailoring my approach to each individual student's learning style and needs. I begin with an introductory lesson for the purposes of learning more about what the student already knows about the topic, and then building from there. I would be happy to work on projects, essays, assignments with students in a collaborative manner, as I believe this is the most effective way for people to learn how to communicate effectively in the humanities. I am interested in working with students of all levels, ranging from high-school to graduate-level university students.
