About Pablo
I am a Higher Professor of Physical Education graduated from the E. Romero Brest Institute.
I am currently studying Kinesiology.
I have been teaching flexibility and functional training classes for many years.
Years ago I practiced artistic gymnastics, which is why I added acrobatic exercises or calisthenics for students who wanted it, or simply for fun.
I also have experience in physical activity aimed at people with back pain, both as a teacher in specialized classes or as a patient, so if you are avoiding activity for fear that the pain will worsen.... I understand you and I can help you!
