I have a passion for sports, fitness and how the body moves.
As a dynamic physical education teacher, I have over 20 years experience in sports development and the journey to performance sport in a variety of disciplines.
Functional fitness, mobility, flexibility, strength and conditioning are just the building blocks to ensuring effort rewarded progress.
