About Martina

I am a passionate and reliable Piano tutor with 4 years of teaching and professional music experience. I teach piano to school and college students and focus on creating a strong foundation for long-term musical growth.

Music education has always been important to me. One significant milestone in my career was realising how music can help students build confidence, discipline, and focus. This belief guides my teaching approach.

My lessons are structured yet flexible, covering technique, rhythm, music reading, and expression. I ensure students understand what they play instead of memorising notes. This helps them grow into independent learners.

I take pride in helping students prepare for school performances, exams, and personal musical goals. Watching students improve and gain confidence has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey.

My teaching style is friendly, patient, and encouraging. I support students through challenges and motivate them to enjoy their progress. My aim is to inspire students to love piano learning and continue their musical journey with confidence.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is flexible, practical, and student-focused. I emphasise communication to ensure that students understand piano techniques, theory, and musical expression clearly. I adapt lessons to the way each student learns best, creating a supportive and motivating environment.

I incorporate real-life examples and case studies, like exploring favourite songs, famous piano pieces, or musical patterns in everyday life. Beyond piano, I also teach music theory, sight-reading, keyboard harmony, improvisation, and performance preparation, providing a well-rounded musical education.

My goal is to make learning meaningful, enjoyable, and effective, helping students grow into skilled and confident musicians.
