About Alexa
My passion for piano began with a fascination for melody and harmony. I earned a B.Mus in Classical Piano, studying performance, technique, and interpretation extensively. Over the past 8 years, I have taught students at all levels, focusing on technical mastery, musical expression, and individual growth. I teach with patience, clarity, and personalized guidance. Lessons include structured exercises, repertoire practice, and interpretive coaching to help students internalize musical concepts and build independence. I encourage exploration, creativity, and confidence in performance. Outside teaching, I actively perform, study diverse repertoire, and observe contemporary interpretations. Witnessing students progress from hesitant beginners to confident pianists capable of expressive performance is deeply rewarding. My mission is to cultivate both technical proficiency and artistic passion, empowering learners to develop lifelong musical skills and self-confidence.
