About Talia
I have 11 years of experience teaching piano and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Performance and Piano Pedagogy. My expertise spans classical, contemporary, and improvisational techniques, and I have guided learners of all ages and abilities to reach their full musical potential.
I focus on creating a supportive, encouraging environment where students feel confident to explore, experiment, and express themselves. My lessons are personalized, combining technique, repertoire, and theory with practical guidance to ensure steady progress. I enjoy helping learners overcome challenges, refine skills, and discover joy in their musical journey.

My piano lessons are designed to help learners cultivate strong technique, expressive interpretation, and musical fluency from the very first session. Students explore finger independence, hand coordination, rhythm, sight-reading, and improvisation while working on pieces suited to their level and interests. Lessons combine technical exercises, repertoire, theory, and musical games to create an engaging, holistic learning experience.
I adapt my teaching to each student’s strengths, goals, and learning style. Beginners focus on fundamental skills, including posture, finger placement, basic scales, and simple repertoire. Intermediate learners develop phrasing, dynamics, and expressive interpretation, while advanced students explore complex repertoire, performance preparation, and stylistic nuances. Improvisation and creative exercises are incorporated to foster musical imagination and confidence.
Through these lessons, students gain not only technical proficiency but also artistic confidence and performance poise. I emphasize expressive playing, musical storytelling, and personal connection to the instrument.
