About Cassidy
I have been teaching piano for ten years, combining my experience as a performer, composer, and educator to help students grow both technically and artistically. Guiding learners to discover their musical voice is the most rewarding aspect of my career, and it inspires me to continually refine my teaching methods. I teach with patience, creativity, and adaptability, ensuring that each lesson is engaging, effective, and tailored to the student’s level and goals. I emphasise both technical mastery and personal expression, fostering confidence and a love for music. Outside teaching, I perform, compose, and collaborate with other musicians to stay inspired and bring fresh ideas to lessons. Piano instruction is not just a profession — it is a lifelong passion that allows me to share the transformative power of music with every student.

Learning piano is a journey that combines precision, creativity, and self-expression. My lessons focus on building strong technical foundations while nurturing artistic interpretation, helping students develop both skill and confidence. Intermediate students explore scales, chord progressions, and sight-reading while developing interpretation skills. Advanced learners refine performance, composition, and expressive phrasing, learning to convey emotion and artistry in every piece. Lessons are tailored to each student’s goals and pace, ensuring meaningful progress. By the end of their training, students not only master technical aspects but also gain artistic confidence. They develop the ability to perform expressively, compose creatively, and connect emotionally with the music. Lessons aim to cultivate independent, motivated musicians who are inspired to continue their musical journey beyond the classroom.
