About Laura

I’m an 18-year-old female starting college in Sept and looking to start up my own lessons for all ages of students. I want to teach because of the role piano had in shaping my life growing up in such a positive way. The instrument allows one to develop their resilience, creativity and provides the best escape from the pressures of life. I’m excited to see students not only improve but also use the piano to help other aspects of their life and give joy to their family and friends that has the pleasure of listening to them.

About the lesson

I offer one-to-one piano lessons for beginners up to Grade 3 at a reasonable price. As a pianist myself, I believe the true beauty of music lies in the emotion and expression behind every note. Alongside developing musicality, I place a strong emphasis on good posture, technique, and confidence at the piano. Every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to suit each individual, creating a supportive and enjoyable environment where they can progress at their own pace. My goal is not only to help students build strong foundations but also to inspire a genuine love for this beautiful instrument.
