About JJ
I began to learn the piano at a very young age, and I have loved it ever since. I have won numerous competitions so far in my career as a pianist both nationally and internationally, and have performed in concerts all around Europe both as a soloist and with orchestra. I have studied with many great teachers and some world renowned soloists through-out my life, they include Gogoshka Kinkladze, Padhraic O'Cuinneagain, Jonathan Middleton,Martin Roscoe, Hugh Tinney, and Rustem Hayroudinoff. I did my undergraduate degree in piano performance at the RIAM based in Dublin and I have just completed my postgraduate degree from the Royal Academy of Music in London. I have accumulated a lot of skills, experience and knowledge from my past teachers and from my studies, and I love to be able to pass on what I have learned to my students.

My teaching methodology is a combination of various methods used by my former teachers. I ensure that my students learn music in the most enjoyable and efficient way, enjoying the process of learning the piano is absolutely essential and that is a key aspect of my teaching methods. I focus on the quality of practice, sight reading, music theory, and working on the more technical elements for the advanced students. I offer 30, 45, and 60 minute lessons based on the needs of the student. I have been teaching for 7 years now, and I teach students of all ages and levels.
