About Vaana Zongxi

Vaana Zongxi He is a pianist and classical soprano originally from Singapore and currently based in New York City. She began studying piano at the age of four at Yamaha Music School and later expanded her musical training through violin, flute and classical voice studies. Throughout her musical journey, she has participated in numerous international competitions and received awards and distinctions for her piano performances.

Vaana has pursued conservatory music training at the University Mozarteum in Salzburg, Austria, where she completed bachelor's degrees in piano and voice. She has recently earned her master's degree in Classical Voice at the Manhattan School of Music in New York City. As both a performer and educator, she combines her experience as a pianist and singer with a passion for sharing music and helping students develop confidence and a love for learning.

About the lesson

I am a professional pianist and classical soprano with bachelor's degrees from the University Mozarteum in Salzburg, Austria and a master's degree in Classical Voice from the Manhattan School of Music here in New York City. I have a lot of experience teaching piano students of all ages and levels (my youngest student was six!) My lessons are tailored to each student's goals, so whether it be improving vocal technique, piano skills, musicality, or preparing for auditions and performances, I am there for you every step of the way.
