About Valerie
Music has always been a big part of my life, and I first started helping my own piano teacher guide younger students when I was still learning myself. That experience gave me insight from both a student’s and teacher’s perspective, helping me understand how to make lessons encouraging, patient, and effective. I teach using the ABRSM syllabus from Grades 1 to 5, focusing on both practical and theory, and my goal is to help students truly enjoy learning music while developing solid skills and confidence.
