About Elson
My coaching approach is patient, encouraging, and tailored to each player's individual goals. As a competitive pickleball player, I focus on helping students build strong fundamentals, improve their technique, and gain confidence on the court through structured drills, game-based learning, and personalized feedback.
Lessons typically last 60 minutes and are designed to be engaging, practical, and suited to the player's skill level. Whether the goal is learning the basics, improving consistency, or developing match strategy, I adapt each session to meet the player's needs.
I am a certified pickleball coach with experience working with people of different ages and backgrounds. My experience volunteering with children, mentoring students, and working in community settings has strengthened my communication and coaching skills, allowing me to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
My lessons are ideal for beginners, intermediate players and advanced (3.5+) of all ages who want to learn the game, improve their skills, and enjoy pickleball with confidence.
