The Pilates technique is suitable for all kinds of people to be controlled and supervised exercises.
Thanks to my specific training in pregnant, I can help women who wish to prepare your body for pregnancy, working from before conception until the time of delivery and subsequent postpartum guiding the person both mentally and physically.
You can work in small groups or in a personalized way, the latter being the most recommended.
