About Claire
Following my dancing career in London and then at the Graz Opera (Austria), I have now turned to teaching dance and Pilates. I followed the Pilates and Appliances Pilates training at the Center Pilates Nantes and am Level III certified. I also obtained a DE in contemporary dance in 2014 and teaches from beginner to professional level. I would be delighted to make you discover or deepen the Pilates method, always with good humor and dynamism!

The Pilates class revolves around around 10 minutes of warm-up: mobilization of the different parts of the body (pelvis, spine, shoulder girdle ...) as well as the establishment of Pilates breathing. We continue with a series of exercises over approximately 40 minutes which will allow you to strengthen your deep abs and to muscle and soften your body in a harmonious way. We will finish with 10 minutes of "Endings" or stretching exercises specific to your needs. Over the sessions you will be able to feel the transformations of your body: more flexibility, centering, better posture, a feeling of overall well-being. We can use small accessories such as the Magic Circle, a large Pilates ball or an elastic band if you wish. Otherwise you just need a carpet! I adapt my course according to your personal needs, so it is always possible to express your questions and your desires.
