About Marieta
Hi, I’m Marieta. I am qualified and experienced in many forms of fitness training and have gained this experience by delivering this training both in one-to-one Personal Training sessions and Fitness classes throughout Oxfordshire. I love what I do and have a desire to share my knowledge and experience with you to deliver highly motivational, stimulating and fun training sessions. My ethos is that exercise should be fun and should be something that you look forward to, in addition to the physical and mental rewards. I really enjoy having the opportunity to help people improve their lifestyle and achieve what they want for themselves, whether that be improved fitness, health improvement, improved confidence and self-esteem, or a combination of these goals. I genuinely look forward to welcoming you to one of my sessions.

Marieta is a qualified and highly experienced Pilates coach & Personal trainer based in Kidlington covering Oxfordshire. She understands that every person is different and offers training sessions to match individual needs. Her guidance is provided throughout your training and fitness development. Marieta utilises weights or uses mat-based training, depending on the outcome required. Personal training takes place at your home, at Marieta’s home in Kidlington, the gym or online. Marieta will review your needs in your first session, to create an individual programme designed to meet your specific requirements in reaching and surpassing your goals. Programmes are designed to be both physically and mentally challenging by using a wide variety of techniques and modalities while keeping the structured exercise fun yet challenging.
