About Juan
I’m an Argentinian movement practitioner who began my path in 2015 as an aerial acrobat, training primarily in aerial silks and others; however, since 2020 I’ve expanded my practice into Pilates to deepen my understanding of the body, refine my technique, prevent injuries, and improve how I move in daily life. Pilates became a complementary tool that enhances every other discipline I practice and teach.
I also maintain a daily Ashtanga Yoga practice, which helps me build muscular endurance, sustain flexibility, and cultivate a focused mind–body connection.
With 5 years of teaching experience, professional training in Classical Pilates Mat, certifications in Movement & Breathwork Fundamentals, and applied biomechanics studies, I bring a precise, mindful, and technical perspective to each session.
My approach with students is highly professional and one-to-one. I believe the body is a temple to respect, nurture, and train with full awareness. My goal is to guide each person toward better strength, mobility, and connection with their body, regardless of age, experience, or physical condition.

Experience Classical Pilates Mat focused on functional strength, flexibility, and mindful breathwork. Each session lasts 1 hour and follows a technical, posture-based method designed to activate the core and improve overall mobility.
With 5 years of teaching experience and training in Classical Pilates Mat, Movement & Breathwork Fundamentals, and Applied Biomechanics, I tailor every class to each student’s needs.
My lessons are ideal for adults and older adults—especially those with limited mobility—but they are open to all ages, body types, and experience levels.
