About Jakub
I am a certified experienced composer from the Université de Montréal, and the University of Lyon and jazz pianist. For two years I studied film music composition and now I work professionally and create music and sound design for films and dance. I completed a degree in music studies in jazz piano in France.

in my lessons, we will focus on your creative work, to develop your creative potential.
We will focus on theoretical issues in music, composition, orchestration, recording and audio editing.
I focus on bringing out the full potential in my student, his creative energy. It is important to provide a good working environment and mental comfort.
Improvisation is very only important to me, however, the theoretical basis is more important. I rely on music theory and orchestration textbooks, but also jazz improvisation manuals, contemporary classical music compositions, jazz pieces.
It is also fundamental for my students to master DAV audio editing software, instrument recording and audio editing.

I’ve been taking lessons for the past 6 months with Jakub and I’ve improved a lot my improvisation techniques and specially that now I can play many songs, I really like his enthusiasm for teaching music and piano and I definitely recommend him if you want to explore more about piano improvisation, piano basics and even composition.
