Please allow me to introduce myself. I am an enthusiastic and dedicated psychology graduate with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and an MSc in Child and Adolescent Mental Health, by King’s College London, Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience.
After the completion of my MSc in 2013 I decided to continue my studies, in Psychology. Therefore since January 2016 I am studying Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy in the New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling (joint Doctoral degree with Middlesex University London).
My extensive experience in SEN teaching and tutoring, and my sound knowledge of Psychology (as a doctoral level student) are undoubtedly a key to the success of the learners I will be working with. More specifically, the approach I use in tutoring is person-centred, aiming to motivate the learners achieve their full potential and feel confident about their abilities.
I aim to differ and due to this, I use mentoring, coaching and anxiety management training, and study skills tutoring to support the students to overcome those moments, where exams might feel an overwhelming situation.
I aim to teach Psychology at any level.
